    A  weekly class, open to all

    Intended for older adults, these classes go at a slower pace and include pranayama (breathwork), asana (posture), kriya (a series of exercises), mantra, and meditation. The exercises are shorter with longer rests in between and can be practiced while sitting on a chair or on the floor.

    Art workshops for people with dementia

    Take part in free art workshops for people with early-stage dementia and their carers. Five creative sessions will be run from 1 November, every Thursday at The Redmond Community Centre. Each session will be led by an art facilitator trained to work with dementia.
