Join the Connect Hackney senior media group and learn computers and digital media

For Hackney residents aged 50+. Many members are in their 70s and 80s – sign up now!

Media group members receive training in computers, photography and magazine writing skills.
• You will use laptop computers and tablets, audio recording kits and digital cameras
• Learn how to send and receive emails
• Learn how to use the Internet for shopping online, researching information and finding out what’s on in Hackney.

Hackney Senior is produced at the media group and you will have the opportunity to produce stories and photos for the magazine.

Everyone is welcome, including complete beginners – full training and support provided. The group meets on Mondays in Haggerston. Our building is on the ground floor and is fully accessible. There is no charge for the group as we are supported by The National Lottery Community Fund.
