Finding and Engaging Older People Through Street Outreach

Are you interested in learning how to engage older people through street outreach? In this one-hour session via Zoom.

Outreach Manager, Jo Stapleton from Ageing Better in Camden (ABC) will share the successful approaches used by her outreach team to find and engage with older people.

The session includes:
• Key skills for approaching people in the street
• Designing coms/materials suitable for outreach
• Dealing with rejection
• Recruiting outreach staff
As follow up to this session attendees will be offered the opportunity to join an ABC outreach worker for a practical street outreach session.
