Turkish Cypriot Cultural Association Happy Living Project (Mutlu Yaşam Projesi)
The Turkish Cypriot Cultural Association’s Happy Living Project (Mutlu Yaşam Projesi) aims to reduce isolation and loneliness for over 50s amongst Turkish community living in Hackney.
The Turkish Cypriot Cultural Association is a local charity established in 1977 and has been supporting the Turkish community since.

Tea mornings
Wednesdays 11.30am to 2.30pm. Currently on Zoom – In these tea mornings, participants will come together every Wednesday, in a warm environment accompanied by tea and snacks, there will be an opportunity to socialise and make new friends.
Recreational activities – TCCA will be running recreational activities which will be decided by participants. Activities mostly will take place in tea mornings. Depending on the nature of new activities, they might add more days into their calendar. The activities that will include activities including mosaic art.
Covid-19 vaccination support
Alongside the Covid-19 Support campaign, the Happy Living Project aims to deliver Turkish-translated copies for the prospectuses of two vaccinations that are available in the UK
