Two commissioning opportunities with Connect Hackney

Connect Hackney is in its second phase of delivery and we are now looking to commission a range of projects that meet the needs of socially isolated older people with complex needs. We have two commissioning opportunities available. Click on the links below for more information.

(1) Dementia, anxiety & depression, difficulty leaving home regularly

We are looking to award a minimum of one contract up a value of £85,000 for each of the three complex needs themes, (3 x £85,000 contracts). We will consider awarding a fourth contract if any one of the three themes generates a strong response. The total funding allocation for this tender is £340,000.

We held a ‘Meet the funder Q&A session’ for potential bidders to find out more about the opportunity, and ask any questions. Click here to see the answers to the questions asked.

The deadline for tenders for this opportunity is 5pm on 20 March 2019
