Join Mind at 15a Homerton Row, 28th September, 11am-4pm, for live music, a history of Hackney art project and a delicious lunch.

This month Mind’s Silver Saturdays are going to have a history of Hackney art project, where attendees will be able to produce poems, drawings, collages and thoughts into a collaborative art piece which they will display at the Mind Hub.

There will then be someone from Bags of Taste coming along, to do a brief talk on the sessions they have on offer, as they have some spaces left to sign people up to their next course, and also to generally talk about cooking and nutrition,

They will then finish up with a live band who come in to perform some hits from the 60s, 70s and 80s which always ends in a dance!
