Online course on mindulness

An eight-week mindfulness course for carers will help to develop self-compassion and resilience.

You will learn to practice self-compassion in daily life decreasing self-criticism, manage difficult emotions such as stress and anxiety, work with challenging relationships, manage carer fatigue and promote self- appreciation.

When: Every Monday starting April 20th, 2020
What time: 2pm to 3pm
